Bylaw Amendment - Schedule E

On June 18, 2016, the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of BC’s (CTCMA) Board approved  amendments to the College’s Bylaws.  Notice of these changes is hereby provided to the Minister of Health Services, the public and other interested stakeholders as required by section 19 (6.2) of the Health Professions Act. Click Here to view the relevant board resolution, schedule of changes, and the amendments both redline and clean copies. The College is requesting that Schedule E Recognition Requirements for Education Programs be amended to provide for greater flexibility in delivery of clinical teaching.

Any feedback on the proposed amendments should be returned to CTCMA and/or to the Ministry of Health no later than September 24, 2016.
