Bylaw Amendment - Schedule H

On July 15, 2017, the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of BC’s (CTCMA) Board approved amendments to the College’s Bylaws. Notice of these changes is hereby provided to the Minister of Health Services, the public and other interested stakeholders as required by section 19 (6.2) of the Health Professions Act. Click Here to view the relevant board resolution, schedule of changes, and the amendments. College bylaws Schedule H Recognized Education Programs lists all recognized TCM education/training programs in BC. The College was advised that the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences has officially changed the operating name with the Private Training Institutions Branch. The new name of the school is "Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences".

Any feedback on the proposed amendments should be returned to CTCMA and/or to the Ministry of Health no later than November 8, 2017.
