Registration Renewal

The CTCMA registration year runs from April 1st to March 31st.  All registrations end on March 31 of each year.  In order to ensure your continuous registration, you are required to renew your registration every year.

To be eligible for renewal of registration, a registrant must:

  1. complete and submit the Registration Renewal application online;
  2. pay the registration renewal fee;
  3. pay any other outstanding fee, debt or levy owed to the college; and
  4. attest that he or she is in compliance with the Health Professions Act, the regulations, the Bylaws, and is in compliance with any limits or conditions imposed under section 39(1)(c) of the Act.

Where a registrant fails to pay a registration renewal fee on or before March 31, he or she ceases to be registered. Late renewals may be accepted on or by June 30 with additional payment of a 35% reinstatement fee.

The Online Renewal System is closed.  For late renewal, please use paper form:

Renewal application cannot be completed unless all the required documents, items and fees are received by the College.
