Notice of Proposed Amendments to CTCMA Bylaws

On September 21, 2019, the Board of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia passed a resolution to amend Part IV of the Bylaws to update the College’s registration procedures and clarify administrative matters. Additionally, Schedule “F” is amended, two schedules are added, specifically Schedules “L” and “M”. Form 1 is repealed and replaced; Form 1.1 is repealed. The Bylaws have also been updated for consistency in punctuation and grammar.

Please provide any feedback or comments you may have on the proposed bylaw amendments to the College or directly to the Ministry of Health by December 26, 2019.
