CTCMA Business Operations During the COVID-19 Pandemic
March 16, 2020
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to rapidly evolve, the College is taking precautions recommended by the Provincial Health Officer to protect the health and safety of our employees, registrants, volunteers, and members of the public.
CTCMA services move to online only
Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, the College's office at 900 - 200 Granville Street, Vancouver, will be closed to the public for in-person services. All services will still be provided online, but all of our staff will be working remotely and wherever possible, we will use teleconferencing, videoconferencing and virtual meetings to continue our regulatory work.
We expect these measures to continue for the foreseeable future, but they will be re-evaluated as the pandemic situation further develops.
How will this impact regulatory work?
At this time, we do not expect that our day-to-day work and turnaround times will be impacted by these measures. However, if we need to increase our pandemic response, resources may be re-allocated and work considered non- essential may be delayed.
We will communicate any further changes on our website.
How to contact CTCMA
Because our office will be closed, and all staff will be working remotely, we ask that you please contact us by email or fax, rather than by telephone.
We will continually monitor the evolving situation and we will keep all stakeholders informed as the situation changes.
We thank you for your understanding as we work to fulfill our public protection mandate during these unprecedented times.
