Dual Registration Renewal
Dual Registration is for registrants who are holding both Full and Student Registrations at the same time.
All registrations expire on March 31st. In order to ensure the continuous registration for both of your Full and Student Registrations, you are required to renew both of them. Current Dual Registrants may renew both their registrations together online through the Registrant Portal during the Renewal Period – from February 25 to March 31.
Please note that you are not required to renew your student registration if you are not undertaking clinical training in a Traditional Chinese Medicine education program in B.C. after March 31st.
In early February, you will receive an email from the College requesting you to confirm whether you would like to renew both of your registrations or just one.
If you wish to renew only one of your registrations (e.g. R.Ac. and Student dual registration to renew R.Ac. registration only; R.TCM.H. and Student dual registration to renew Student registration only), please submit a “Registration Cancellation Request Form” to CTCMA by email by the deadline (February 16, 2021) if you are cancelling one registration type.
If you wish to renew both of your registrations, reply by email to CTCMA and indicate your intention by the deadline.
Please note: After your account is set up in accordance with your request, your account will be available for online renewal during the Registration Renewal period. Please allow sufficient time for processing by submitting your confirmation and required documentation early.
For continuous registration, you must ensure your fully completed renewal application and renewal fees are received by CTCMA on or before March 31.
For late renewal between April 1st to June 30th, you may use the paper application form below (only available between April 1st to June 30th):

2021 Student Registration Renewal Form
Once a registration is cancelled due to failure to pay an annual registration renewal fee on or before March 31, you may apply for reinstatement within 3 months (no later than June 30th) by paying an annual registration renewal fee plus a reinstatement fee in an amount equal to 35% of annual registration renewal fee and satisfying all requirements for renewal. (Section 59 of the CTCMA Bylaws).
In order to receive your new seal and wallet-size card and/or student badge BEFORE your current one expires, please ensure your completed renewal application is received by CTCMA by the first Monday of March.
