Dual Registration Renewal
Dual Registration is for registrants who are holding both Full and Student Registrations at the same time.
All registrations expire on March 31st. In order to ensure the continuous registration for both of your Full and Student Registrations, you are required to renew both of them. Current Dual Registrants may renew both their registrations together online through the Registrant Portal during the Renewal Period – from February 6 to March 31.
Please note that you are not required to renew your student registration if you are not undertaking clinical training in a Traditional Chinese Medicine education program in B.C. after March 31st.
If you wish to renew only one of your registrations (ie. R.Ac. and Student to R.Ac. only; R.TCM.H. and Student to Student only), you are NOT eligible to renew online.Please email CTCMA to request a paper application form for Full/Student Registration Renewal. The completed renewal form with all required documentations and fees must be received by CTCMA on or before March 31.

In order to receive your new seal and wallet-size card and/or student badge BEFORE your current one expires, please ensure your completed renewal application is received by CTCMA by the first Monday of March.
